You may have heard of 'Dell Hell' set up by consumers faced with unresolved issues with that company.

Loreburn Housing now joins that group where an actual website has been created simply to allow their own tenants to vent, show their outstanding complaints are not being dealt with, and, as a group, bring pressure on the housing association to improve. After all if Wheatley Homes South can bring in high satisfaction figures for 10% less rent, then where is Loreburn Housing going wrong?
